❓ Instagram works on adding Quiz games to Live videos

  • When you head to the Live tab, you'd be met with a button that says “Quiz” which at this point, we're assuming allows you to quiz your audience.

🎥 Instagram is working on a Reels feature called Sequence

  • It used to be part of Remix, but it’s now its own feature.

  • It lets you add clips to the end of a published Reel.

  • You can trim the original Reel first, skip to record, or upload your clips.

  • You can choose whether or not you'd like to allow people to sequence your content in your account settings.

🏆 Instagram keeps working on a new feature called “Weekly Stride”

  • It keeps track of how many weeks in a row you go live to work towards a personal record.

🤖 Similar to Snapchat’s ‘My AI’ generative response tool, TikTok tests out ‘Tako’

  • Right now it’s only being tested by select users in the Philippines.

  • It’s powered by a third-party chat assistant and is less about providing answers and more about helping users find relevant TikTok content matches for their questions.

  • There aren’t any current plans beyond these early tests, and with the potential ban, it is unlikely that it will be available in the US anytime soon.
